A learning technologist, an Apple fan and a human at heart, Amit is a leader who has made ‘trailblazing’ his middle name. Bit by the entrepreneurial bug 22+ years ago, he quit his job at Infosys to embark on a self-fulfillment journey called ‘UpsideLMS’ with a mission to enable businesses worldwide to manage their L&D easily and cost-effectively.

With over two decades of work experience across IT and eLearning, Amit has a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in start-up management, project management, technology solutions consulting, and technology solutions architecting and development. At UpsideLMS, Amit continues to be a key idea generator for UpsideLMS' tech-ops team, a Sales & Marketing orchestrator, a learning technology solutions consultant for clients and prospects, and a sounding board of ideas for his team of experts and a mentor for all the function heads.

An IIM and NIT alumnus, Amit is a man of a few words with an intellect and business acumen aplenty. He’s a regular in the news and media, and has been profiled by leading industry publications, including Learning Solutions magazine and Bangalore Insider. He distils his learn-tech expertise and experience into articles for SHRM, People Matters, eLearning Industry, Training Industry, Training Zone, Learning Solutions and Medium, along with sharing insights on leadership and entrepreneurship. His opinions are deeply valued and celebrated as he presides over panel discussions at leading L&D and HR Conferences.

Amit’s journey so far has culminated into over a million happy LMS users today, with a clientele like Bridgestone, Gulf Oil, Times Internet, Zydus, Emcure, and ISS; more than 50 awards and recognition, and a portfolio of solutions that have been a first in their space. 

With a whooping 20+ years of international exposure in direct sales, institutional sales, and partner management in enterprise software solutions and services, Vivek Garg epitomizes a true sales champion.

Our superstar Senior VP of sales, Vivek orchestrates the global Sales for UpsideLMS and Catalog Courses, and consults CEOs, L&D Heads, Head of Departments, IT Heads, and Business owners on their eLearning strategies, custom content development, learning management application/custom application requirements to implement effective and engaging learning solutions/content management & business process automation solutions.

Having spent 9+ years in Saudi Arabia, UAE, East Africa and APAC, Vivek has developed a strong network of solution providers and vendors in the Middle East region. Some of his keen interests include Mobile Learning, Learning Management Systems, Responsive elearning and Bespoke/Custom content creation.

In addition to his achievements in the Middle East, Vivek has also handled territories, including India, Africa, UK-Europe and Americas. His expertise lies in international business development, sales, pre-sales, customer relationship, accounts & partner management, eLearning events, exhibitions and seminars.

Vivek is really passionate about his customers’ success, and when he’s not going above and beyond resolving clients’ challenges, he can be often found exploring new places, interacting with people and solving quizzes.

Putting the tech in our learning technology solutions is our incredibly talented Senior VP of Technology, Sandeep Bhoyar. Having evolved from a Developer to Tech lead, Technical Manager, Product Manager, and AVP, to Senior VP, Sandeep has excelled in every role. His skills and experience enable him to shape the product to cater to the emerging market & clients’ needs and technological advancements.

With a strong background in providing technical solutions and driving new initiatives, Sandeep always ensures delivery of the highest value from his product, while his solutions are always backed up with a detailed analysis of the output.

His years of work experience in Product Management, Project Implementation, and Team Management and his never give up attitude have earned him many accolades and made him the ultimate team player and great mentor he is today.

Working closely with the technical team, customers, management, sales, and presales teams, he brings continuous improvement in the product delivery process and contributes to profitability. A self-driven and proven IT professional, with an eagerness to learn and implement new technologies, Sandeep excels in his work at all levels.

Sandeep is always working, and when he’s not, he enjoys playing and watching cricket, video games, going fishing, and listening to music.

Very much unlike any stereotypical IT guy, our Senior VP of IT & Information Security Priyabrata is one of the funniest and most colorful people in our offices.

Bringing his years of work experience in core IT system administration to manage server migrations, information and data security, cloud-based services migration, process compliance implementations, and disaster recovery, Priyabrata ensures a robust and high performing IT infrastructure at UpsideLMS.

Priyabrata has been instrumental in developing the entire IT team, setting up metrics and processes, and inculcating a culture of visibility, accountability, and transparency in operations. He manages vendors for hardware and software services and ensures 100% adherence to software licenses and high user satisfaction for internal stakeholders.

When he’s not in his corner office, Priyabrata spends his time hiking, swimming, or gardening.

Ganesh is a strategic thinker and practical achiever who believes in ideas -- big or small. With a firm belief in building customer success and continuous improvement strategies, he lives by the thought that the best business solutions are the ‘best’ only when customers are able to achieve measurable business outcomes with them.

Ganesh loves leading from the front for every area that he is associated with – whether it is customer relationships, operations, or solutions. Having spent years in the industry, he has handled different roles in the areas of LMS Implementations, Delivery & Operations, and Learning Outsourcing practices.

He has successfully navigated the complex business cycles of large accounts which has helped him become a strong and reliable resource for his employers. An out-and-out team player, Ganesh thrives in challenges and adversities. He holds an MBA in IT and Operations Management from Xavier’s, Bangalore.

Ganesh is always focused on his work, but when he’s not working, he loves traveling and listening to music. 

With an energetic, evergreen personality, Rajesh’s enthusiasm and excitement are highly contagious and make for all the right attributes in an ideal AVP of Client Relationships.

At UpsideLMS, Rajesh is in charge of Project Implementation, Support, Training & QA, and his 24+ years of work experience speaks volumes about his focus on ensuring quality, timely project delivery and undisrupted 24x7 technical support to UpsideLMS' clients.

Rajesh is extremely passionate about his customers’ satisfaction, and drives his teams to follow project deadlines and SLAs while retaining clients through immediate redressal of product issues and maintaining health of client projects.

Having worked at UpsideLMS for 16+ long years, Rajesh’s skills in Project Management, LMS Product Support Management, Client Engagement and Business Improvisation are unparalleled, while his another 11 years of experience as an Engagement Manager, Head – QA and Programmer in leading IT companies is a cherry on the top.

Rajesh has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Master's Diploma in Software Engineering, along with a Business Management Diploma and Executive MBA. Rajesh is a football player and a huge Manchester United fan, and likes spending his time playing and watching football with his son.

In an age where User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) hold the utmost importance in the lifecycle of any product, our AVP of Visual Design, Ritesh Puranik is one of the best designers around. 

Ritesh’s keen eye for the modern users’ demands and the ever changing digital trends has helped him design UpsideLMS’ easy-to-use, user-centric, intuitive interface that we see today.

Ritesh brings his 20+ years of experience in usability design, product development and branding to his work each day, while his strong conceptual and creative skills, sense of design and out-of-the-box thinking have seen him accomplish many a challenging assignments of creating stunning GUIs for UpsideLMS, and garnered limitless accolades from clients.

Ritesh holds a Diploma in Web multimedia and has worked with multiple MNCs and design studios to build diverse products and teams.

When away from work, Ritesh likes to watch mobiles, and unwind with trekking, photography, music and reading.

Mugdha is a total people's person and is passionate about bringing back the "human" into Human Resources. With a career span of around 10+ years, she carries with her expertise across various HR functions which are way beyond the typical HR end-to-end role like - brightening up the office with smiles, trying to decode what sparkles people up at work and eventually helping businesses reach their ultimate goal by strengthening the most important asset of their office - The People.

Mugdha holds a PGDM in Human Resources and Bachelor's of Engineering in E&TC. Mugdha's passion for HR stems from the fact that 'every individual is unique' and she loves to find out more about them. 

She is blessed with 2 daughters who love to boss her around when she is at home. She believes in empowering women and helping them grow both professionally and personally.

Sandeep comes with over 11+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxations and Audit. Having completed his graduation from Pune University, CA (Inter) from ICAI, Delhi, as well as FICO module of SAP, Sandeep has worked for multiple organizations across several verticals before joining UpsideLMS, and possesses the unique ability to apply advanced audit concepts and techniques in analysing fiscal, operational and computed based systems formulate, recommend and implement administrative policies and procedures.
